Payments
All payments are processed securely either by Square or PayPal, and are protected by encryption.
Cash/Card payments can be made on delivery for orders local to North Brisbane addresses. This option is only available for orders over $25 and for the postcodes listed below in the shipping rates section for local delivery.
Delivery
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note, this could be longer if the item is not in stock and has to be made to order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
All items will be shipped via Australia Post unless you are located in North Brisbane and choose the local delivery option.
Local Delivery Rates:
Orders over $25: Free delivery
Local Delivery applies to the following postcodes only: 4010 - 4014, 4017 - 4022, 4030 - 4037, 4051 - 4055, 4060 - 4061, 4500 - 4506, 4508 - 4509, 4520 - 4521.
I will send you an email once your order is ready, to organise a suitable day/time for delivery. All orders under this option will be delivered personally (not via courier).
Shipping Rates
Australia Post Shipping Rates:
Orders under $55: $12 Standard Parcel Post or $18 Express Post.
Orders over $55 qualify for FREE shipping via Parcel Post.
Orders over $75 qualify for FREE shipping via Express Post.
